Steve Alexander – Managing Director - Marketing: Steve was the Founder, President and CEO of Hallmark Capital, Inc. and Hallmark Trading Company. During Hallmark’s seventeen (17) year history, Steve has been directly involved in the origination, syndication, structuring and closing of more than US$5 billion of corporate equipment, project and acquisition financing, including, leveraged lease; sale/leasebacks of oil and gas refineries, processing facilities, production properties; commercial and corporate jet and turboprop aircraft; manufacturing equipment and rolling stock; vessels and marine equipment and facilities; manufacturer sales aid and vendor financing programs in a variety of industries; management-led buyouts and corporate refinancing; mergers; acquisitions and divestitures; and retail manufacturing start-ups, refinancing and recapitalizations.

During the eight years prior to his forming Hallmark, Steve served as the President and CEO of Regency Worldwide, Ltd. and Regency International, its affiliate, which is an international investment banking and financial advisory firm.  Regency’s corporate clients included some of the largest and most prestigious companies and institutions in the world. Steve assumed responsibilities for the origination and syndication of a wide variety of corporate equipment and asset-based financing and for the development of new and innovative financing methodologies and opportunities.

Steve was a founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Mitsui Nevitt Capital Corporation, a merchant-banking firm that specialized in equipment financing and corporate mergers and acquisitions.  Under his guidance, Mitsui grew to $940,000,000 in assets in only four years. Before that, Steve was the senior origination and syndication officer with Bank of America Leasing & Capital Corporation, the equipment financing division of Bank of America, N.T. & S.A. where he originated, structured, and developed a wide variety of leveraged and single-investor leasing.
